Welcome back to another KFP Movie Review!!  In this episode we review the new entry into the Star Wars Saga films Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi.  We use our standard review format where we start with Non-spoiler impressions, and then go onto spoil every last detail of the film.  If you have not seen it yet and do not want to have it spoiled for you, go see it, then come back and listen to this review.  This film was written and directed by Rian Johnson, bringing back the primary cast from The Force Awakens, along with Carrie Fisher’s possible final performance as Princess “General” Leia and of course Mark Hamill as everyone’s favorite Jedi Luke Skywalker.  The entire group was pretty much in agreement with our thoughts on the film but I’ll save all that for the episode!!  Thanks as always for listening!  Check out or social media pages, and our SoundCloud page for new fresh content every week!!  Cheers!!

Welcome back to another KFP Movie review show!!  This time the team saw the new MCU film Thor Ragnarok.  The third film in the Thor series, and one of the last two films leading up to the much anticipated third Avengers team up film, Avengers: Infinity War.  As with Captain America: Civil War, this third outing for Thor felt like a mini Avengers team up film… we’ll call it Avengers 2.75.  This time Thor finds himself on a land fill of a planet, that happens to be a nexus of cosmic gates in the universe.  He is captured and sold to the Grandmaster, played by Jeff Goldblum.  His captor is a new character Valkyrie, played by Tessa Thompson.  He is then forced to fight in gladiator style combat to try and win his freedom.  He finds out his opponent is none other than his fellow Avenger, The Hulk, and plans his escape to go back and save his home of Asgard from Hela, the Goddess of Death, played by Cate Blanchett and Ragnarok.  Loki is back, Odin makes and appearance, and we get a great cameo from the Sorcerer Supreme himself Dr. Strange.  One of the standout characters was a Gladiator that Thor meets named Korg who is voiced by the films director Taika Waititi.  I think this is the highest collective score we have given a film in a long time.  This was universally liked by the team with only a few minor issues.  So, have you seen Thor Ragnarok yet?  What did you think?  Let us know in the comments section!  As always, don’t forget to check out all of our social media accounts and our page over at SoundCloud.com where we post new unedited content every week.  Thanks as always for listening!!  Cheers!
